Tropical Fruits

Our company sources tropical fruit that, while still maintaining good internal quality, can no longer be sold as fresh produce due to visual deterioration mainly caused by logistical delays. These are fruits that have lost part of their commercial appearance —such as shine, firmness, or overall freshness— due to natural aging during transit, but they remain fully suitable for industrial processing into purées, concentrates, and other derived products. This type of fruit is a standard part of our operations for industrial use, where internal quality and processability are prioritized over external appearance.
